Promoted from the transactions desk to Principal on the automation team in about 10 months. Owned accuracy and rollout of an internal AI knowledge assistant over about 4,000 operational documents for seven teams. With one other builder, rebuilt a reconciliation app with role-based views, row-level security and Google SSO, and ran user acceptance testing of 108 items across 13 testers. A monthly reconciliation that took managers close to an hour dropped to one to two minutes.
